Step by Step Rental Instructions
Check availability and pricing on our "Availability Page". When you find the dates you would like to reserve, use the form on the "Availability Page" or "Contact Us" page to request dates and payment method for deposit (deposit = two night's rental fees). (PayPal, Personal/Business/Cashier's Check, or Money Order) Once we receive your information, we will send you a login for our website. After logging in you will need to download and print your rental agreement (you may also request this via mail). Rental agreement must be signed and returned with deposit before reservations are held. (**Note** Payment via PayPal will secure reservation as soon as payment is received. Renter must send a signed rental agreement within two weeks of payment.)
One month before check-in date, renter will be e-mailed or phoned stating due date for final payment (two weeks before check-in date). Final payment consists of total rental fees minus reservation deposit, plus security deposit ($250.00).
When total amount is received, we will e-mail you the directions and key codes for the lodge (also on our website when logged in with your account).

Security deposit will be refunded either via PayPal or check within ten business days.
